Information you give us
When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, your partner’s name, email address, phone number, wedding venue and date, the experience or chapters you are interested in, and anything you write in your message.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to reply to you, plan and deliver services you ask about, and keep ordinary business records. We do not sell your personal information.
Phone numbers and text messages
We ask for a phone number so we can reach you about your inquiry. Providing a phone number in the form is not agreement to receive promotional text messages. We will not send marketing texts without separate, clear consent from you.
Photos, films, and client media
If you become a client, we create photographs, video, and audio of you and the people at your sessions and events. We share the finished work with you. We use client images and films in our portfolio, on this website, or on social media only as allowed by your agreement with us or with your permission.
Payment information
This website does not collect payment card details. If you book, payments are handled through a separate payment provider or the method set out in your agreement.
Cookies and third-party services
We do not use advertising cookies on this website. We rely on third-party providers to operate it, including Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Resend (email delivery for inquiries), Google Fonts (typefaces), and YouTube (embedded wedding films, loaded from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain). These providers may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details when you visit or use the site, under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide services, and maintain business records. You can ask us to delete your inquiry information by emailing us, and we will do so unless we need to keep it for a legitimate business or legal reason.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, including keeping email and website credentials out of public code. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for engaged couples and adults planning weddings. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
