These terms apply to your use of the Nested Weddings website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Inquiries and booking

Sending an inquiry does not create a booking. A date and services are reserved only when a written agreement is in place and any payment required by that agreement has been made. Your agreement controls the details of your services, including coverage, deliverables, pricing, and payment schedule.

About the services described here

The descriptions of chapters and experiences on this website are general. They are meant to explain our approach, not to promise specific coverage, deliverables, or availability. What you receive is set out in your agreement.

Marriage preparation

Marriage preparation offered through Nested Weddings, including PREPARE/ENRICH facilitation and related coaching and educational sessions, is educational and coaching-based. It is not psychotherapy, clinical treatment, or licensed marriage counseling, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you need clinical support, please contact a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Delivery and storage of your files

Final photographs and films are delivered through the method described in your agreement. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your final files promptly after delivery. We do not guarantee indefinite storage. Raw footage is not included unless your agreement says so. If a past project must be restored from an archive, a retrieval fee may apply.

Ownership of website content

The photographs, films, text, logos, and design on this website belong to Nested Weddings or are used with permission. Please do not copy, republish, or use them without written permission.

Links and embedded content

This website may link to or embed content from other services, such as YouTube. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

Disclaimer and limits

The website is provided “as is” and we work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Nested Weddings is not liable for losses arising from your use of the website itself. Nothing here limits the terms of a written client agreement.
